Dane (character) was born in a quaint woodland town in the usa. It's a fictional town called Backwater. With 'backwater' meaning a forgotten, rural and run-down place. He has a mild accent that sounds warmly southern. He also sounds very relaxed when he speaks. He is a peaceful and friendly oddball artist. He lives in the "party house", on a street where most of the neighbours are his friends. He is silly and if you're his close friend, he makes a lot of jokes and laughs often. He enjoys fast food, much to the dismay of Tod and Ryan who prefer finer tastes.Designed and created in:

Tod is a nerd who loves to talk at length about his interests. He loves socialising, eating gourmet food and drinking cocktails. He is an explorer and archeologist who is cartoonishly nervous about danger. But he still loves an adventure and never gives up. Tod is also a feminine gay man with a love for cute and pretty things in life. He is the sort to appreciate a butterfly, a vase of flowers, diamonds or women's perfume. He is depicted as either attending a university, having graduated or being a professor. Tod is a nurturing and sweet person who likes to dote over Dane and Ryan. Why the theme of wolves?
In some folklore, wolves are viewed as bad guys / villains. This is a metaphor for the experience of being trans in the world today. Lots of transphobic people, particularly extremists, believe transpeople to be dangerous for society and collectively view us as something negative. Transpeople are often feared, negatively stereotyped and misjudged. Wolves are also a symbol of being wild, free and untamed. Lastly, if you look at a wolf, it's hard to tell the gender at a glance. And no matter who that wolf is, they will always be beautiful

Future comic planningIdea: Comic about magpies swooping me while i was rollerblading (this is actually a true story)Idea: Comic about when you go in an airplane toilet and you get scared that the plane is going to start going down while you're doing your business. Or that there's going to be turbulence in there!?Idea: The cat conventionRyan sneezes multiple times as he enters the cat convention, due to his allergies (and constant bad luck).
"A cat convention!? Why are you two so weird..." says Ryan to Tod and Dane.
"Cat people..." grumbles Ryan, glaring at everyone, "Hardly a dignified crowd..."
Ryan notices a small kitten that has the same expression as him, with grouchy big eyebrows.
Dane laughs, "Hey look, there's one like you"
"My likeness?" says Ryan proudly, "Where!?"
He pushes Tod and some children out of the way to get a better view.
"Ah, I get it now. Cats are cool" says Ryan, his eyes big as he watches the kitten. He smiles.
"What type is it?" Ryan asks Tod.
"That's a 'maine coon'. One of the largest breeds" says Tod.
"It will grow to be strong" said Ryan proudly, "And smite my enemies!"
The kitten blinks its large eyes.
"Let's adopt the creature" whispers Dane to Tod, "It will be perfect for Ryan's birthday"
"A lovely idea, but he looks a bit expensive... are you sure?" said Tod.
Dane grips Tod by upper arms and looks at him up close with big eyes, "YES."
"Mew" says the cat, in a deep voice.
"Wow...it has a smoker's voice like him, too" said Dane.
"Ryan, would you like a kitty cat for your birthday?" asked Dane.
"That's sweet of you, Dane" said Ryan, patting Dane's back, "Thank you. But I don't have the time to look after a cat" Ryan itches his own head, causing some hair to shed, "Too much hair"
